The HyperMAXracer is the world's most advanced Rotax MAX Superkart.
Constructed by combining the engineering talents of Phoenix Race Karts
with the design skills of HyperRacer, the Phoenix HyperMAXracer is dominating
its class in Superkarts. Using all Ø32 tubing, balanced with
a narrow waist section for just the right amount of flex, the HyperMAXracer
chassis incorporates revolutionary big circuit steering geometry.

- Light weight aerodynamically advanced fiberglass body work designed by, and exclusive to, HyperRacer.
- F1 style steering wheel with the HyperRacer's exclusive 'Flip-Up' easy access system.
- Revolutionary big circuit steering geometry, with adjustable Camber/Caster with via rose joint, using Ø10mm precision ground kingpins.
- F1 style seat for total body support.
- Pulse MIG welded Ø31.8mm 4130 chromoly chassis, heat treated and stress relieved, powdercoated Phoenix Black with a petrol and brake-fluid resistant clear coat.
- Hydraulic braking system, both master cylinder and calipers fully machined to exacting tolerances from 6061 solid billet aluminium. Calipers clamp a precision ground ventilated and cross-drilled disc rotor with high quality K-Racer pads.
- Fully adjustable pedal assemblies machined from 6061 billet.
- Height adjustable machined aluminium steering column mount.
- Three bearing Ø50mm rear axle.
- Front and rear crash bars, steering column and stub axles all built from high quality materials with polished chrome finish.
- Stub axles include removable trailing arms, a feature unique to Phoenix karts. The trailing arm is designed - as a low cost item - to take the brunt of the damage in a crash, negating the need to constantly replace expensive stub axles.
- Adjustable front torsion bar.
- Phoenix’ unique aluminium seat braces. These stiffen the seat mounting, dialing in grip like seat stays, but don't bind up the chassis on corner exit as seat stays can.
- All aluminium componentry machined from solid 6061 billet and anodised black. Many components are laseretched with the Phoenix logo.
- 1060mm Wheelbase.
