Phoenix took two "fastest qualifier" trophies on Friday up at Gympie, with Cian Fothergill atop the time sheets in Leopard Light, and Scott Sorensen THREE TENTHS ahead of the field in Senior National Light.
Cian can add his trophy to his bulging trophy cabinet (and his two fastest qualifier trophies from Clubman Light at the last two nationals!), while Scott went on to win the J Light final by a fair margin, taking home his first ever blue plate!
Yee ha! Great work Scott!
